QUESTION: If a bank gives a gift (not intrest becuase the intrest rate is zero) or gives you back the money you gave for a replacement card and say the expenses is on the house and transfer back the money is it halal to use?

QUESTION: Over 3 years ago, I tried transferring 10,000SAR to my family in Sri Lanka via a Saudi bank. It failed, so I asked for a refund. Later I learned the transfer had actually gone through, meaning I got refunded twice.
