ANSWER:

You can’t use that for personal use at all as it is haram money. 

Keep it with you for few months while showing the bank that you had received the money and if after all that they refuse to make an action, you can give it to charity to cleanse your wealth from it. 

However, I suggest you don’t give it to charity just now as it is possible that they will claim it from you after 6 or more months and then you would be stuck and forced to pay it back to them.

QUESTION: Over 3 years ago, I tried transferring 10,000SAR to my family in Sri Lanka via a Saudi bank. It failed, so I asked for a refund. Later I learned the transfer had actually gone through, meaning I got refunded twice.
