ANSWER:

The wife has nothing to do with the child as the mother of the child is the one who was pregnant with it and gave birth to it! 

What they had done is a heinous crime and sin.

QUESTION: A couple had twins via gestational surrogacy. The embryo was created with the parents gametes and transferred to a surrogate because the mother’s uterus couldn’t support the pregnancy. my question – the baby which they have now is theirs according to Islam i know that in islam surrogacy is haram!

QUESTION: I heard a Mufti saying that the father’s Haram income isn’t Halal for his adult (bhalig) son because he isn’t responsible for feeding his adult son .So if the adult son who is about 16-17 years old is currently studying,what should he do?
