ANSWER:

It is not his obligation to provide for his parents and siblings when his parents are rich or at least have what suffice them. 

If the parents are stone broke, he should provide for them what gives them an honorable life without harming his own life or family, if he is married.

QUESTION: Is it obligatory for a son to provide for his parents and siblings after marriage even when the father is healthy and does not go to work?
