If he is earning or has enough to sustain a decent life, you are not obliged to give him anything, let alone buy him a house! 

QUESTION: Our father left us and married another woman ( our mom grew us alone without his help and when he left us he told “don’t bother me from now on “)and now when we start working and receiving money he want that we buy him a house, should or must we do it? Is it our obligation if we don’t see him from childhood till now?
