This company allows me to receive part of my salary in advance before the actual payday, but they charge a small service fee for it. On payday, they deduct the advanced amount and pay the remaining balance. Is this permissible, or does it count as riba?

QUESTION: Here it is cultural norm to round up the debt amount at Payback or round off as the lender. No stipulations were made before. Example: My mum buys groceries for me 19.36€, i give her 20€ back. Or she payed 20.27€ then she says just give me 20€.
