ANSWER:

You can behave in a respectful way with her to soften her heart towards Islam if she is a Christian or a Jew and you are a female like her. If she is of any other religion, this marriage is invalid and they are living in zina and you can’t accept or endorse such a haram relationship or have anything to do with it. 

QUESTION: My brother-in-law has married a non Muslim girl and she has not accepted Islam. They don’t live with us. But visit us once a year. Should I maintain distance or should I present the best of myself in front of her since Prophet pbuh used to be best of himself with non Muslims. As this might change her mind towards Islam.
