ANSWER:

You must either write a document stating how much gold she gave which is a debt upon you to her if you were to divorce or die or you write in the deed that she owns 20% for example of the house so that her rights won’t be wasted. 

QUESTION: We have no home.we plan to sell gold of my wife & my mom to buy a home along with few money from me and dad.My wife is willingly ready to give her mahr for this purpose.Ive not forced her although ive proposed this idea to her & she is 100% willing as home is better then having gold. Am i wrong to take it if she fully agrees to it?
