It is not permissible to use dating apps for Muslims! 

If this is a matrimonial app that doesn’t post women’s photos and doesn’t provide their numbers and only gives the number of her wali, this seems permissible.

QUESTION: Are apps like Salam* and muzmatc* haram ?
