You should cut all communications with them and totally boycott them as it is a waste of time and they will only harden your heart with their disbelief and doubts.

Sheikh my friend became an apostate, I tried talk to them for months they show no willing to change. Then I stop talking and they contact me, and I decide I’lll try again and be nice to them for the purpose of encouraging them towards the deen. Is this permissible ?

Over the past 6 months, I have had a faith crises. My real question is, there are so many religions, ideologies, lifestyles, outlooks on life etc… how do I know that Islam is the right one?
