ANSWER:

He can pray qasr until he is settled down and he must pray in full when praying in the masjid in congregation.

QUESTION:If a person goes for hajj from India to makkah and in makkah he had 20-22 days stay. Will he offer qasr prayer ( shortening prayers) there
