ANSWER:

I am kind when kindness is needed and harsh when people are of need to be disciplined and waken up! 

I don’t look for popularity or praising of people. It is very easy for you to criticize people when you yourself had never encountered working with the public with their many different shades and kinds. 

Therefore, you won’t be able to understand until you work in customer service and deal with different types and levels of people. Then you would appreciate what the likes of me are doing and you would then wonder how I was able to tolerate such people!

QUESTION: Ya sheikh why are you extremely strict you should be kind sometimes
