ANSWER:

The prayer is invalid.

Its is totally prohibited to not wash properly after urinating and its one of the major sins in Islam for which that person would be tormented in his grave.

QUESTION: Ya sheikh If a person does not do istinja properly such as not pouring water after urinating but he makes wudu and prays is his prayer valid
