ANSWER:

This is an issue of dispute as some scholars say that the hiring of the services of an individual must be over a specified amount of wage. 

However, it seems that this is permissible as in the case of Mudharabah as if he makes a profit, het gets his fixed percentage and if he doesn’t, he loses his effort and time.

QUESTION: Working for only 20 percentage of sales without fixed salary is permissible
