ANSWER:

There is nothing to be said after yawning, whether in prayer or outside of it.

You must try and supress it with your hand.

QUESTION: When I yawn in the middle of my prayers, is it compulsory for me to say aoozubillahi minash shaytaani rajiim? Or should I say it after my salat?
