ANSWER:

No problem in praying later after you have prayed witr but you must not repeat the witr as its prayed only once per night. 

QUESTION: What is the ruling if we pray witr and then later at night we got to know it is last day of shaban and we have to pray taravee. Can we pray taravee and do we have to pray witr again
