Seizures are the result of either an imbalance of the electrical currents and waves of the brain which can be medically treated with the grace of Allah or due to possession of Jinn that can be cured with the grace of Allah through ruyqa
You need to perform ruqya on him multiple times per day and night as found on my website in sha Allah.
