ANSWER:

If you can perform your tawaf and saee’ before your menses comes on the day of eid, you must do that.

If you can’t, we need to look at where you live. If you live in a place near by that allows you to return after you are pure and this is within the month of thulhijjah, you should do that. But if you can’t come back, then you should secure the area so that it won’t leak and then perform your tawaf and saee in order for you to leave. 

QUESTION: Shiekh. I am going to perform hajj this year. According to the prediction my period will start from 10th dhul hijjah and I need to delay her tawaf e ifadah. But our flight is fixed by the government on 17th dhul hijjah. So if my menses doesn’t stops till my flight so I need to leave without tawaf or I have to do it in the state of menses as my scholars says ? Also about the saee
