It’s not permissible to eat the meat slaughtered by them as it is dead meat and it is like pork!

QUESTION: What is the ruling on selling salt, wheat, barley and dates online? This is when the money and goods arent exchanged hand to hand and the delivery takes a few days. Is it riba? I know its haram to trade gold and silver online but does this ruling also apply to food commodities with long shelf life? Such as rice, wheat, spices, dates, salt, barley etc.
