ANSWER:

If she doesn’t have any siblings or children, you are her heirs if she were to die. You all must arrange a maid to live with her or to check on her and you all should chip in to look after her expenses if she’s in financial need.

You all must be in touch with her over the phone or visits if possible. 

QUESTION: our father passed away 7 yrs ago,he has a sis who is divorcee since more than 50 yrs ,she stay in our native place and we all brothers stay abroad,so it’s not easy for us to visit her and take care of her neither she is in that mental state that she can com and stay with our mother in city so she is old and all alone,what is our duty towards her and what shld we do so that we r not sinful .
