No problem in calling them goats.

As for demons, this is usually attributed to Jinn and devils and this is not permissible to call a Muslim as such.

QUESTION: Nowadays among the youth, people usually say stuff like “you’re a demon” or “you’re the goat (greatest of all time)” and it is said usually when someone is doing something wild or going crazy in a video game/sport. is saying such stuff permissible or is this sinful?
