Of course not! This is cheating and Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said a person who cheats is not from among us and lying is a major sin! Only cheap people would do such heinous acts! 

QUESTION: My relatives living in USA told me that when they need any tools or devices(laptop, phone, watch) for a few days they buy them from a shop and after they are done using it those they return the tools to the shop getting a full refund. They also said that many people use clothes like this too. They all just use the stuff without really paying. Is that okay to do?
