ANSWER:

Your mother is sinful for letting her work like this and you must avoid looking at her or being with her. 

Her movement must be restricted to the area you and your brother are not in and when you leave the house, she can clean the rest of it.

QUESTION: My mother has a female maid who walks around without Niqab or Hijab nor Abaya, just in her regular clothes. I told mom She said: “Yeah, but what do I do now?
