Let him go through his fit and keep your distance if you did not do anything wrong to him until he comes around on his own time. When he is in a good mood, you can try to discuss his behaviour with him and to ask him whether this was the way of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam when dealing with his wives or not!
