ANSWER:

She is about 8 months late on her zakat as every three Gregorian years there is about one month and a day or two difference with the lunar year. 

Therefore, if she pays her zakat about 8 or 9 months earlier form now on, she will be fine in sha Allah

QUESTION: Sheikh if calculate the zakat on my gold on say Nov 1st but I don’t have the money to pay off all my zakat all at once and I would need to pay it off in installments, do I hold to that one calculation from Nov 1st until I pay it all off or do I recalculate with the gold price for Dec 1st when I’m paying off the next installment?
