It is not permissible to settle in such kafir countries without a legitimate reason. 

One of the legitimate reason is to give dawah and teach people Islam. However, settling there would harm their wives and children and they must not do that for them just to guide people! What is the point of guiding people and destroying your own family? 

QUESTION: I’ve watched ur videos but it didn’t answer my question > those who are Quran hafez comes from Bangladesh or Pakistan or other country, can they permanently settle in USA if they can give dawah based on the knowledge they have. Also it is a country with high restrictions compared to other country.
