QUESTION: I’ve applied for a job and told the boss that i want to pursue it, because ive regarded it as better for me from an islamic perspective in comparison to the job i had before. My father did not approve of it and still does not approve it. My question is was it blameworthy for me to go for this job and telling the boss i want to start, even though my father did not allow it.
