ANSWER:

You must not participate with them in any celebration like this. If you are at your desk and doing your job, there is no sin on you in Sha Allah.

Avoid any gathering with them that contains haram.

QUESTION: It’s festive season in this time of the year in India. My office do conduct celebration with Pooja and yearly bonus & gift distribution on these days.How about being present on such day without actual participation in there act of worship.And other office functions with wine being served.
