If you buy it and possess it physically and this is done simultaneously, hand to hand, and then you sell it later on in the same way, this is permissible.

QUESTION: Is trading dollar to earn profit allowed? I will buy the dollar when the international price is low and will sell it on market when the price is high. Is it permissible?

QUESTION: My landlord gave me one month free in my first rental contract as an incentive to sign.
