This is not sinful if he avoids the haram! However, this is dangerous as satan is preparing him and setting him up to the right moment when he would drag his feet to sin when he is ready! He must hangout only with righteous practicing Muslims

QUESTION: Is this 15yearold sinful if he lives in a kafir country with much fitnah(e.g.,girls without hijab,use of intoxicants,etc)and plays with boys football with them at school break(even tough they do haram while playing and cheat)and free time,and adds them on halal games,but avoids theirharam behavior,doesn’t take them asfriends,and hasnt been influenced by them at all?
