ANSWER:

This later duaa is said when you finish reciting the Quran and close the book. This is not related to finishing the whole Quran! 

QUESTION: Is there any dua for completing or finishing the whole Quran ? In your one Utube video you said there isn’t any but another video of yours tell this dua “SubhanakAllah huma wabihamdika, Ashadu al llaillaha illa anta, Astaghfirullaha wa atubu illaik”.
