ANSWER:

If the hijab is covering your whole body, it doesn’t matter what you are wearing underneath it, even if you are not wearing anything at all! 

QUESTION: Is it permissible to pray in tshirts and pants wearing a jilbab over it that is long enough to cover the feet and has elastic attached at the sleeve ends?
