ANSWER:

It is not permissible to sell such items with animate images on them. You can sell images of landscape and things that have no soul in them.

QUESTION: Is it haram to sell items(plates etc) with images? My mother sells items with images. And sometimes I help her. If it is not permissible, may I sell them out of necessity? as I and my family do need money. And she already bought the items.

QUESTION: I live in kafir country & my father in law owns a textile shop where almost all staff are kafir. During Jumma Prayer time, Muslim staff go for prayer while non-muslim staffs runs the shop whereas in Saudi & other countries close shop at Jumma Prayer & also it’s mentioned in Quran (62:9) to leave off trade. So is it sinful to keep running business during Jumma Prayer time through non muslim staff?
