ANSWER:

No problem if he willingly helps out. He will be rewarded for that.

QUESTION: Is it permissible for parents to want to know whether or not their daughter was a virgin before marriage? In my culture, it has been made completely that once a lady is married, her husband should buy gifts for the family if she is a virgin, and if not, they simply don’t speak about the matter. However, it is evident that she was not.
