These are all blessed times for dua to be answered. 

The best would be to make dua in the sujood of your prayer.

QUESTION: Is it better for me to make dua in sujood/ last tashahud or by raising my hand between athan and iqama?

QUESTION: In the ḥadīth, the Prophet ﷺ said du‘ā’ is answered unless one is impatient and says: “I made du‘ā’ but was not answered.” I once said by mistake: “O Allah, when will You give me?” Is this the same as what is mentioned in the ḥadīth, making my du‘ā’ unacceptable?
