They do not have the right to prevent worshippers from praying in the masjid a second congregation.

QUESTION: In my city, Masjid administratives don’t allow 2nd or more congregational prayer (fard) after a fard salah with imam & tell them to pray individually. Is it correct & does it fall any sin to the head of the masjid admin?
