ANSWER:

You must be firm & not accept any such rituals in your wedding and make a lot of dua to Allah to facilitate for you to get a practicing spouse with correct aqeedah.

QUESTION: In India,muslims have adopted many hindu cultures like,demanding huge amount of dowry from girl’s father,doing unislamic marriage rituals like lots of non-mahrams coming to see&check the girl, baraat,free mixing and so on plus most of the people in our country have wrong aqeedah.In such a scenario what should the girl do – should she accept or reject the marriage?
