ANSWER:

Either he gave this as a gift to his brother or not! If he did not give it as a gift and it is only an intention but not actually handing it to him, then this is fine. 

If he has given it as a gift, he shouldn’t take a penny of it without seeking his approval as that would be like going back on his gift. 

The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: the one who goes back on his gift is like a dog that vomits then eats its own vomit back again. 

QUESTION: If someone opened a company account solely 4 his brother 2 financially benefit from it,though he did all the legal documentation with his own money without his brother contributing a penny 2 d course,and he never asked his brother 2 contribute either as he doesn’t have the financial means to contribute,is the person sinful if he keeps ripping the financial benefit without giving is brother a penny
