ANSWER:

They are both sinful for this haram relationship and will be both accountable for it. She must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse for this haram relationship.

QUESTION: I ended a haram relationship with the intention of halal. I promised to marry her if Allah wills, but I found she’s still connected to non-mahrams in social media she claimed to cut ties with. I did istikhara but feel confused.
