Editing or photo shopping a photograph like this is changing the creation of Allah.

QUESTION: If someone has pictures with filters on (that blurs pimples etc away) should he delete it? Because I seen a tweet of yours where you stated that it is haram but I couldn’t understand how make up that covers pimples and beautifies the skin is permissible but a filter that does the same is haram.
