ANSWER:

He must not do that again and in sha Allah he will be eligible. 

QUESTION: If someone asked others to do Ruqyah for himself and came to know  the “hadith about 70000” then how should he repent for doing something permissible and continue wishing for his entry in Paradise without account?

I forgot about it so do I still have a chance to be in the category of 70,000 people?
