There is no such thing to my knowledge that when a person dies that he would go to hell for that

No doubt that fighting with one’s own brother and saying such nasty words is sinful but dying while in such a state is a major sin but not something that would put a person in hell as if he is a disbeliever.

QUESTION: If my father real brother fought with words and his brother says him very bad and his wife also like you are wife slave many more . In the hadith tells that if brother does not forgive his brother in 3 days and dies he go to hell ,can you tell me that my father is sinful
