QUESTION: If I’m not sure if someone did evil like not praying or backbiting but I’m suspecting , should I investigate more till I find out or should I leave it and only try when I am sure that someone did evil?

To better understand the book,I hardly found a scholar who had translated Burda Shareef.But,he has been providing accurate answers so far. QUESTION: As you said it is prohibted to take ruling from corrupt aqeedah people .So as a pakistani what from which do i take rulings of hanafi fiqh, and remember it is impossible to find a hanafi scholar here who has sound beliefs ,all are ashari maturidi deobandi brelvi. Please solve this problem
