No problem in this at all. Even after working for them, there is a grace period of 3 to 6 months that they can terminate your employment without any strings attached and the same goes for you. 

QUESTION: If I have accepted a job offer from a new company and signed the offer letter digitally, including salary and policies, and I am serving a 45-day notice period with my current employer, would it be sinful to apply for other jobs or accept a better offer during this period?
