ANSWER:

It must be recited at night before going to bed. 

If you did not sleep for the whole night, this seems permissible

QUESTION: If I didn’t recite surah Mulk at night.Can I recite it after fajr & get the same reward(for be safe from torment of grave)

QUESTION: I read Surah Mulk, last 2 verses of Surah Baqarah, & all the other prescribed dhikr & went to bed. However, about 10–15 minutes later, as I was trying to fall asleep, I suddenly felt the urge to use the restroom. After relieving myself, should I repeat all the dhikr again before going to sleep, or was reading it the first time sufficient?
