This is not permissible as it defies the very purpose of hijab 

She must wear a thick and very loose outer garment that covers her entire body, bone structure and curves and a thick and loose abaya would do this job perfectly

QUESTION: If a woman wears veil and hijab but below neck she doesn’t wear any sort of outer covering (abaya etc) and goes out in her formal dress or casual dress, then is it permissible and licit for her to do so or will she be sinful?
