No Muslim who has his own flesh and blood suffering because of a tiny loan would hesitate to rush to his rescue if he has the financial ability to do so, let alone if he is a millionaire!

QUESTION: If a brother who is a millionaire and doesn’t want to pay his own brother’s debt( which is very little ) and instead he wants to build a mosque in his father’s name? As he thinks it is not his duty to pay his brothers debt.. Is this ok?
