ANSWER:

The guardian must be present to propose to the boy in the presence of the 2 witnesses or he must prior to that authorize someone else to do the proposing to the boy.

QUESTION: I watched the videos and still unsure. Do the ijab and qubool have to be verbally said by the wali and the groom directly in full or can there be a person who’s made as the “celebrant” asking the wali if he offers etc, and the wali just agrees to give the bride with a nod and saying “yep”? Likewise the groom agrees after being prompted if he accepts. Is this valid?

QUESTION: The Prophet said that only the zania can marry herself, but Sheikh, isn’t the marriage of zani and zania invalid? And if they repented, they don’t considered to be zani and zania. So how can she marry herself?
