ANSWER:

If she is of the same gender as you and she allows you to watch her page and it is halal what she is posting, this is permissible.

But if she is posting haram photos or you are not a female, this is prohibited even if she permits you.

QUESTION: I wanted to clarify in regards to following someone only with their permission on instagram and then seeing their pictures. I meant that if I followed someone where they post pictures of themselves, but their acc is private. Is it halal to still follow them?
