When a bully says what he does, he wants to sadden you and aggravate you. If you allow this to happen, you would serve his purpose and make him happy. Instead, if you were to ignore his comments, not defend yourself nor reply or debate with him, this would kill them softly as they are failing miserably in making you react negatively or say anything that would make you look bad. Continue to just smile and ignore their comments and after few times, everyone would look down at them and think they are silly and praise you for your patience and wisdom. 

QUESTION: I live with my in laws and we have often visits from one of the siblings who I do not speak with and makes silly comments that makes me boil inside. I do not want to be influenced by these evil comments and let shaitan whisper. But at the same time I do not know what to do as I have no choice of who visits the home. I cannot be leaving home everytime they come in over. What to do please
